Since S.M. Hygiene provides hygiene and cleaning services (not physical goods), our refund policy applies to service bookings only.

Refund Eligibility

• If the service was not delivered as per the confirmed booking.

• If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

No Refund Cases

• Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

• Dissatisfaction caused by factors outside our control (e.g., restricted access to premises).

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
